 Paul started Rehabilitation Consultants in 1997. With 12 years experience as a job developer in the Portland area Paul has a vast knowledge of the labor market and employer contacts. He has served persons with developmental disabilities as direct care in a group home environment. He has worked as an employment specialist helping youth age 18-21 find their first job. Paul has a straight forward presence that helps his client to focus on change for the better. Paul has earned graduate degrees in Business Management and Rehabilitation Counseling. Paul has a strong interest in employment hiring practices, networking techniques, business plan development and helping employers commit to hiring individuals with disabilities. He values hard work, is a strong advocate and a loves his country- Semper Fi. |

 Sarah Avery joined the team in April 2010. Sarah is a hardworking, organized individual. She believes that everyone has the opportunity to have a job where they can provide for themselves and be treated fairly. She looks forward to helping individuals with disabilities learn job skills and secure employment for themselves. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Portland State University. She enjoys helping and serving others and looks forward to serving individuals in her position at Rehabilitation Consultants. Sarah was born and raised in the Portland Metro area where she currently lives with her husband. In her free time she likes to watch movies with her husband, play the piano, read books, and play volleyball and disc golf. |

Lynne Carter joined our team in August, 2008. Lynne comes from a diverse background with over 25 years in the hospitality industry. She has worked in management, serving, and catering in various establishments such as Jake's Crawfish, Jakes Catering, Red Lion, Hilton, and McCormicks and Schmicks. Lynne has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel management from Cal Poly Pomona. She has a love for people, which led her into the service industry. Lynne is eager to learn more about individuals with disabilities and how she can help each of them to secure a solid job from the many industries out there. Lynne has experience observing, supervising, and providing natural supports to individuals with disabilities in the various establishments she has worked. Lynne loves living in Portland with her husband, Greg and their two dogs. |
